 Once your vehicle tracking system has been installed on your vehicles, we can arrange to come back and show you how to use the system. One of our salesmen will arrange a time conveinient to you and take you through the functionality of the system. We can show you how to utilize the advanced reporting features of the Simply Trak vehicle tracking system and get the best return on investment. From running timesheet reports to in depth detailed activity reports so that you can save money on fuel consumption, time and above all, learn how to make your fleet more efficient. We can also arrange online demonstrations of the software over the phone, where you can watch a live demonstration of the vehicle tracking software without having to commit to an appointment.
 From placing your order, we send our telematics engineer out to your vehicles at your convienience. If you wish your drivers don't know the systems are being installed, we can covertly install the unit/s to your vehicle/s without the drivers knowledge. Once we have the location of the vehicle/s, our engineer will install the unit/s in the best hidden place in the vehicle to prevent tampering. This is usually behind the glove compartment but this varies from vehicle to vehicle.   All events are logged every 60 seconds by the live vehicle tracking system, speed, data, time, vehicle position and distance travelled. Once the unit has been installed in your vehicle, the data is then collected and sent back to the data centre. You can then load the software, enter your username and password and view all the information in an easy to use, one click interface.
