1) SimplyTrak has been at the top of this market for over 6 years. 2) All SimplyTrak's leases are in-house for your protection. We are the only company in the industry to stand completely behind all products like this. Third party lease companies must be paid regardless of whether or not your system works at all or how good the service is. 3) How much are the software licenses? How many users/PC's can the software be used on? You can use SimplyTrak on as many computers as you want with no extra license fee at all. Like everything else, it is included in the price. You can also choose between a web-based or software based system. Both are included in the price. 4) How much is installation into the vehicles? With SimplyTrak it is included. 5) SimplyTrak's has 100% of all units working in the field. Our engineers only ever seem to be called out when accidents occur and the vehicles are written off or to swap the unit to new vehicles. We are completely focused on 100% satisfied customers. 6) Time frame - how long from reporting a need for a service call (de/re-install for example) to getting an engineer on site wherever you are. SimplyTrak guarantees an engineer on site in 48 hours or less (providing you can make the vehicle available). 7) SimplyTrak has a manned 0800 technical support/help line available 24/7 for your use? We are here to assist. 8) Prices quoted - are they absolutely all inclusive? – Yes, absolutely. (Except VAT which is claimed back anyway). 9) Many companies use the public APN to transport the data. SimplyTrak use private secure IPSec tunnels. Only the latter can guarantee the data integrity. The public APN loses almost 8% of packaged data on average and will get worse as the networks get more busy and stretched. All SimplyTrak data is sent via secure IP Sec. tunnels. We also guarantee uptime on our servers. 10) What is our annual maintenance fee per unit? Ours is free with all leases. 11) Which network do we use? We use whichever the customer requests. Default to Vodafone/O2 but it is up to you. 12) SimplyTrak has 100% satisfied customers for a reason - because it makes good commercial sense to look after our customers.
